Having trouble logging into the meter.me app?

First, make sure you’re using the latest app version:
- iOS devices: go to Apple App Store
- Androids: go to Google Play Store
- Desktops: go to web.meter.me
  - You may want to clear your cache or browsing data and then reload the app to ensure you’re on the latest version.
Next, determine your account email:
- You should have received an invitation to the app. Use the email that you received the invite at to log in. That is the email linked to your app account.

Once you have the latest version of the app and have confirmed your account email, there are two ways you can log in:
- Social login with Google or Apple, see: How to Log In with Social Login
- Email and Password, see: How to Log In with a Password

How to Log In with Social Login

If your account email is linked to a Google account, select “Continue with Google” and follow the steps to complete your login with Google.
If your account email is linked to an Apple account, select “Continue with Apple” and follow the steps to complete your login with Google.
1. Note that Apple Login is not available on Android devices
If your account email is not linked to a Google or Apple account, use a password to login. See: How to log in with a password.

Open the app
Enter your account email and tap Next
If you know your password, enter it and tap Next
If you’re new to the app or haven’t set up a password before, select “Set up password” and follow the prompts to create a password.
If you forget your password or receive a “Wrong Password” error, select “Reset Password”
