System Integrator Roles & Permissions for Organizations in meter.me

As of October 2024, meter.me is updating its roles and permissions for system integrator organizations.

Roles Overview:

• Super Installer: The Super Installer role has full permissions to administrate their organization. Users with this role are able to manage their team and customers, create customer organizations, water systems, and devices, and access administrative reports.
• Systems Admin: The Systems Admin role can set up customer organizations and water systems but cannot install devices. They can also access administrative reports and invite team members, as well as customers, to the app.
• Installer: The installer role can add devices to an existing water system and invite users to an existing customer organization, but cannot create new customer organizations or water systems within those organizations.
• View-Only: Users with this role can view the customer organizations and systems, view components, and manage their own alerts. They cannot control or edit any part of the system.
