As of our release on September 15, 2025, the app now clearly displays when water levels have dropped below the sensor level in your tank, pond, or well.
Why this matters
The level sensors measure water by detecting the pressure of the water column above the sensor. Since sensors are not always installed at the very bottom of a tank, pond, or well, there can be times when the water level falls below the sensor’s position. When that happens, the exact water level cannot be detected.
The new display makes it clear where the sensor is installed and when the water is out of the sensor's reach, giving you a more accurate picture of your available water level.
