What is an Organization?

An Organization is an entity that groups users and systems together. Organizations make it easier to manage users and work with your system integrator or installers. To use the meter.me app, you must belong to one or more organization(s).

How do I create or join an organization?

System integrators or installers will set up new organizations and systems for you and then invite you. Once you log in, you can manage your organization and invite other users to join your organization and view or manage your water system(s).

How do I know which organization I'm using?

On the mobile app:

1. Select the hamburger icon in the upper left corner of the app
2. View the organization listed below the meter.me logo in your side menu bar
3. If you want to switch to a different organization that you belong to, you can select Switch organization

On the web app: The organization shown in the upper left corner of our web app is the organization you’re logged in with. 

To switch to another organization you are part of, select the account icon in the upper right, and Switch organization
