The meter.me app can deliver alert notifications by the following methods:
- Push: Sends a push notification to your mobile device.
- SMS: Sends a text message notification to your phone number.
- Email: Sends an alert notification to your email inbox.
In order to adjust the delivery method of a new or existing alert, please log in to your meter.me account on the mobile app. Alert creation and editing are not currently available on the web app.
- Navigate to the water system where you would like to create or edit your alert
- Select the Alerts tab in the lower menu bar

Set the upper toggle to the System or Custom alerts menu, depending on which alerts you'd like to update
- Select an existing alert or use the + icon in the upper left to create a new alert

Choose the Delivery setting and check or uncheck the delivery methods you prefer
- Please note that alerts with multiple thresholds (like the default tank minimum level alerts) will have unique delivery options for each threshold
- Go Back to your alert settings and hit Save in the upper right to save your changes
