How to set favorite water systems

App users are now able to ‘favorite’ water systems to quickly and easily switch between the systems they use and manage most often. As long as the user has access to a water system, they can add it to their favorites and then use the Favorites menu to quickly switch between systems. This includes switching between systems belonging to different organizations.

Favorited systems are set by the user and will show on both the mobile and web apps.

Select favorites on the Mobile App

1. Navigate to the water system you would like to favorite
2. Open the menu by selecting the 3 dots in the upper right corner
3. Click Add to favorites

You can now view your favorite systems in the quick switch dropdown menu, no matter which organization or system you are currently logged into.

Select Favorites on the Web App

Log into the web app at web.meter.me. To add and remove systems from favorites, there are 3 options:

1. Select the gear icon of the systems action menu in the systems view and Add to favorites

   

2. Open the systems action menu in the customer organization view that contains the water system and Add to favorites

   

3. Hover over the water system name in the water system page and select the star that appears

   

You can now view your favorites under the global profile menu in the top right corner and navigate to them with a single click, no matter which organization or system you are currently logged into.
