How to Enable or Disable Automation

While the initial setup and settings configuration for automations must still be completed by the meter.me team, users with an Owner role (or system integrator users with a Super Installer role) can enable or disable configured automations in the meter.me app. Here's how to do it!

From the mobile app:

1. Log in to the meter.me app
2. Select the system with the automation you want to enable or disable
3. Select the Automations tab in the bottom right corner of the screen
4. Use the sliders to toggle the desired automation to enabled or disabled
   • If you are disabling automation, you will see a pop-up asking if you are sure you want to disable it. Select Disable Automation on the pop-up to proceed, or cancel if you do not want to disable the automation.

From the web app:

1. Log in to web.meter.me
2. Select the system with the automation you want to enable or disable
3. Select the Automations tab from the left-hand menu under the desired system
4. Use the sliders to toggle the desired automation to enabled or disabled
