Why did I receive a low battery alert?

The meter.me app will automatically send alerts to users if their meter.me equipment has a low battery.

If you received a low battery alert, the meter.me equipment supporting one or more of your water system components has a low battery level.

By default, the system will alert you when your equipment battery reaches:

• Warning level
• Alarm level
• Critical level

The alert will display the exact percentage of the equipment battery.

If you do not want to receive these alerts, you can disable them (not recommended)

1. Log in to the meter.me app
2. Select Alerts in the lower menu

3. Under the System alerts toggle, select Low Battery alerts

   

4. You will see a list of the meter.me equipment that has low battery alerts available
5. Select the toggle to the right of the equipment for which you would like to disable the alert

6. The toggle will switch to gray when the alert is disabled
