How to enable Face ID/Touch ID on the meter.me mobile app

To provide an extra layer of security, you can enable face ID or touch ID on your meter.me mobile app. This will require Face ID authentication (or Touch ID / your phone's passcode) to open the app.

1. Log in to your account on the meter.me mobile app
2. Open the menu by selecting the hamburger icon in the upper left corner of your screen
3. Tap Account Settings
4. In the Login section, tap the FaceID/TouchID toggle
   • When the toggle is green, FaceID/TouchID is enabled
   • When the toggle is grey, FaceID/TouchID is disabled
5. Your settings will be automatically saved after changes are made
